Weekend Reading for July 8, 2011

This is what I am reading this weekend:

Inside the Disappointing ComebackWall Street Journal  The recession officially ended, but recovery has been very slow, in large part because of consumer indebtedness.

Harry Reid Moves Forward with ‘Shared Sacrifice’ LegislationReal Clear Politics.  Again government is trying to penalize the wealthy.  Ayn Rand, anyone?

Inflation to Outpace Raises in 2012Wall Street Journal.   Even with an expected 3% pay increase, the cost of inflation will make it feel like a pay cut.  This can’t be good.
